Who is responsible?

STVIT, represented by Steve Meijnaert, Lendeleedsestraat 101, Izegem (company number 1019.302.922), is the controller of the processing of your personal data on this website. Contact: steve@stvit.be.

What data do we process?

Only the data you fill in yourself in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, your choice of formula and your message.

Why and on what basis?

We use this data solely to answer your request and to draw up a proposal, if applicable. Processing is based on your consent (you tick the box in the form) and on taking steps, at your request, prior to entering into a contract.

Who do we share it with?

Your request is sent by email to steve@stvit.be. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Technical service providers for hosting and email process data only on our behalf.

How long do we keep it?

No longer than necessary to handle your request and to follow up on our commercial relationship.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary functionality (such as the form's security) is used. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not from third parties. The language of the website follows from the address (/nl, /fr or /en); no language preference is stored.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, object to it and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing steve@stvit.be. Complaints can be lodged with the Data Protection Authority.
